No. The diagnostic fee of AED 99 is deducted from your repair total if you proceed with us — so getting a proper diagnosis first costs you nothing extra. If you decide not to proceed, you pay AED 99 for the diagnostic visit only.
Yes — a flat AED 100–150 surcharge applies for emergency or after-hours service. We deliberately use a flat fee rather than a percentage markup, because flat fees are transparent and customers know exactly what they’re paying. No surprise 50% premiums.
For repairs, the service labor price is fixed. If replacement parts are needed (capacitor, motor, PCB, etc.), the part cost is itemized separately on your invoice. We use OEM or OEM-equivalent parts and don’t mark up parts beyond market rate.

Residential service prices include VAT. Commercial AMC and large commercial project prices are quoted exclusive of 5% VAT — VAT is added on the invoice as required. This is standard practice for B2B commercial pricing in UAE.
Yes. Standard and Premium residential AMC customers receive a 10–15% discount on all repairs and parts throughout their contract year. Elite package customers have parts covered up to AED [XXX] per year. Commercial AMC customers receive parts and labour coverage as per their contract tier.
